Demonica T. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Demonica began their career as a Senior Executive Assistant at Ny Presbyterian Community Health Plan in 2006 and worked there for two years. Demonica then worked as a Human Relations Assistant at Petroleum Tank Cleaners from 2008 to 2010. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Human Resources Generalist/Director at Washington County Hospital, where they were responsible for various HR functions. In 2015, they joined ECU Health as a Talent Acquisition Lead. Demonica later moved to Vidant Health, where they held multiple roles including Talent Acquisition Consultant/ Onboarding Specialist and Talent Pipeline Consultant. In their roles at Vidant Health, they were involved in talent acquisition and development initiatives, establishing relationships with hiring managers, conducting full-cycle recruiting, and ensuring an exemplary candidate experience.
