Elizabeth Knapp

Liz began working with Environment Control in 2016 as a floater (a cleaner without a permanent assigned location who specializes in filling in when other cleaners are sick or on vacation). At that time her mother-in-law also worked with the company as an Area Manager. Liz steadily moved up through Unit and Area Manager positions, and was recently promoted to Operations Manager. The Fox Cities and Green Bay region is spread out over a large area, requiring managers to be very efficient. Liz has done an amazing job getting to know the region and how best to meet customers’ cleaning needs. She sees the sense of family within Environment Control as one of the main reasons she has persisted through the challenging work of cleaning management.
