Lou Sylaj is a highly experienced professional with a diverse work background. In 2018, Lou founded and became the CEO of ATS Management Consulting, LLC, specializing in UKG Pro implementation and activation. Lou and the team at ATS Management Consulting are renowned for delivering excellent user experiences and providing advanced technical and functional consulting services.

In 2020, Lou founded SimpliTime Inc, a workforce management platform designed to simplify employee work, communication, and collaboration. The platform utilizes AI and automation to help companies manage labor costs effectively. Lou's mission at SimpliTime is to foster strong relationships with customers and disrupt the workforce management industry.

In 2021, Lou co-founded Edbit, a company focused on increasing the security and efficiency of schools and organizations through blockchain solutions. Edbit offers three products: Edbit Credentials, Edbit Wallet, and Edbit NFTs.
