Bisrat Tilahun

Bisrat Tilahun has work experience spanning from 2019 to 2022. In 2019, they worked at Cold Stone Creamery as a Shift Manager & Crew Member. From June 2021 to August 2021, they served as an Academic Tutor at Helps Education Fund. Following that, they joined the Housing Equity Project in September 2021 as a Housing Advocate. Currently, starting in June 2022, they are employed as a Project Manager at the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Bisrat Tilahun completed high school in 2020 at Eastern Technical High School, where they received a High School Diploma with a field of study in the Magnet Program: Allied Health. In 2019, Bisrat obtained certifications in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) and First Aid from the American Heart Association. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained the CareerSafe OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Certification (Healthcare) from CareerSafe Online. Currently, Bisrat is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies at Columbia University, with an anticipated graduation year of 2024.
