David Maddison

David Maddison has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. David began their career in 2007 at Commonwealth Bank, where they held multiple roles, including Credit Card and Personal Loans Acquisition, Core Banking Modernisation (CBM), and Branch Network. In these roles, they were involved in sales and retention, process improvements, data analysis, change management, and coaching branch staff.

In 2017, David joined Westpac as a Channel Manager Lead, leading a team in the Customer Service Hub transformation program, focused on simplifying processes and enhancing the digital experience for customers.

Currently, David works at EdCast, initially joining as the Director - Australia in 2018. In this role, they facilitated blended learning for enterprise-level talent development. Later, they served as the Regional Vice President before assuming their current position as the Director - Customer Service APJ.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated their ability to drive higher engagement, improve customer experiences, and contribute to business growth and transformation.

David Maddison completed their education with the following chronological history:

- From 2001 to 2005, they attended Endeavour College and obtained a South Australian Certificate of Education. David'sTertiary Entrance Rank was 90.1.

- From 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce at the University of Adelaide, specializing in Development Economics and Management, respectively.

- David continued their education at the University of Adelaide and obtained a Masters of Business degree in Management from 2010 to 2014.
