Richard Schram

Richard Schram has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Richard worked as a Senior Genesys Engineer at EDCi starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Redhead Apothecary from April 2023 to July 2023 where they managed the daily activities of the distribution center and oversaw product management and vendor relationships. From 2005 to March 2023, Richard was the Manager of Client Services at TTEC Digital, where they led a team of consultants and ensured client satisfaction in the field of customer relationship management, digital transformation, and cloud technologies. Before that, they worked as a Senior Support Engineer at Interactive Intelligence from February 2004 to October 2005, providing technical assistance and contributing to support process improvement. Richard also has experience as a Lab Support for Eli Lilly & Company at CTG from May 2003 to February 2004, as a Cabling/Senior Network Engineer/Senior Support Analyst at Von Duprin/Ingersoll-Rand from November 1999 to February 2003, and as a Senior Consultant at XL Connect from October 1994 to November 1999.

Richard Schram completed their education at the Indiana Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2006, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications throughout their career.
