Aleksandra Guga - Baca

Aleksandra Guga-Baca has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and management. Aleksandra is currently working as the Nordic Manager, International Recruitment at Edda Group since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of International Recruitment Manager at Eterni Group from November 2021 to December 2022, where they were responsible for establishing and managing a new international recruitment office in Krakow, Poland.

Aleksandra Guga - Baca completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Russian Philology from Akademia Pedagogiczna im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie, studying from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Social Communication from Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009.
