Maria Helbo Holck

Maria Helbo Holck has a diverse work experience, starting from 2004 when they worked as the Head of section at the Ministry of Justice. In 2007, they joined Kromann Reumert as an Assistant Attorney, specializing in employment law issues for clients in the IT, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors. Maria Helbo then became an Attorney at Kromann Reumert, handling transaction cases related to employment law issues until 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Maria worked as an Attorney at HORESTA, an Employer Association, where they gained extensive knowledge and experience in handling matters related to collective bargaining agreements. During this time, they advised member employers on various HR-related issues.

In 2015, Maria joined Advokatpartnerselskabet Kirk Larsen & Ascanius as an Attorney, focusing on HR law. From recruiting to employee policies and surveillance, they provided legal advice to both employers and employees. Maria Helbo also became a Member of LAWorld - The International Legal Network during their time at this company.

In 2022, Maria transitioned to Moment A/S, where they served as the General Counsel and Head of Legal, overseeing all legal matters for the company.

Currently, Maria is the Group General Counsel at Edda Group, a position they have held starting from March 2023.

Throughout their career, Maria has developed extensive expertise in employment law and has provided valuable legal advice to various companies and organizations.

Maria Helbo Holck attended the University of Copenhagen from 1998 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Law. Maria Helbo also pursued further education at Utrecht University, specializing in International Law and Legal Studies. In December 2018, Maria obtained a certification as a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from The International Association of Privacy Professionals.
