John Staples

John Staples has a strong background in food sales and management. John currently holds the position of Vice President of Foodservice Sales at EDDY Foods Inc. Prior to this role, they were the General Manager at Renaissance Man Food Services from 2009 to 2017. Before that, they served as the Sales Director at Smithfield from 2007 to 2009 and as the Director of Sales at Tyson Foods from 2000 to 2007. John also held the position of President (Foodservice) at Mrs Smith's Bakeries from 1998 to 2000 and Vice President Sales at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries from 1986 to 1998.

John Staples completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Alabama in the years 1981 to 1984. John then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business from 1984 to 1985.
