Monique Drake

As eDebitDirect Director of Operations, Monique has overseen the day-to-day management since 2014.. In her role, she evaluates the efficiency of procedures, analyzes performance data and metrics, and ensures company compliance with industry regulations. She is also responsible for overseeing the operational budget, procurement process, and customer support. As a strategic thinker, Monique’s work guides the company toward achieving its organizational goals and objectives. She leads by example and rewards teamwork.

Prior to joining eDebitDirect, Monique served as a buyer for beverage brand Monster Energy, where she analyzed costs and negotiated vendor prices for the company. She gained experience in the financial industry as a billing specialist at LoopNet, a commercial real estate marketplace. Monique also served as an office administrator at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group and an inventory specialist at Lance Stanton Vance Lumber Company.
