Frances Torrey

Frances Torrey, CCP has over 17 years of experience in compensation and rewards roles. Frances is currently the Vice President and Head of Compensation at Edelman Financial Engines since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Sumitomo Pharma America Holdings, Inc. as the Senior Director Total Rewards, and later as the Senior Director Compensation and Head of Compensation and Recognition from June 2021 to June 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Compensation and Recognition at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals from May 2019 to June 2021. Frances also served as the Director of Compensation at Sun Life Financial from 2015 to 2019. Frances started their career at Brown Brothers Harriman, where they held the position of Assistant Vice President of Compensation from 2006 to 2013.

Frances Torrey, CCP holds a BS degree in Business Management from Lesley University. Additionally, they have obtained the CCP certification as a Certified Compensation Professional.
