Matthew Personette

Matthew Personette, CRPC®, has had an extensive work experience in the financial industry. Matthew currently holds the position of Director of Financial Planning at Edelman Financial Engines, a prominent Registered Investment Advisor. Prior to this, Matthew served as the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning at Financial Engines, where they provided comprehensive financial advice and management services to everyday Americans. Before joining Financial Engines, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Investments at The Mutual Fund Store. Matthew has also held roles at National Securities Corporation as an Investment Executive, Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor, and Prudential Real Estate as a Broker Associate. Additionally, they gained experience in event coordination and management as the Event Coordinator and Manager at Kenneth Young Center. Matthew began their professional journey as the Director of Campus Environment at Northern Illinois University.

Matthew Personette, CRPC®, obtained a BA in Communications from Northern Illinois University in 1999 and an Associate's Degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Kishwaukee College in 1997. Matthew also holds additional certifications including SmartVestor Pro from Ramsey Solutions, a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) from the College for Financial Planning, and licenses for Investment Advisor Representative, Series 66, and Series 7.
