Dominique BOHN is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in strategic and operational HR management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Germany at Edelmann Group since July 2022, Dominique previously held positions such as Interim Human Resources Director at Bohn HR Interim & Coaching and Human Resources Director for Central Europe at DS Smith, overseeing HR functions for 30 sites and 3,900 employees across multiple countries. With a strong history of leading HR initiatives in organizations like Deutsche Bank Investment Services, Xchanging, Carrier Corporation, Visteon, and Thales Services, Dominique has proven expertise in succession planning, talent management, and change management.
