Paras Sharma

Paras Sharma has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Paras started their career as a Client Relationship Manager at Bajaj Capital Ltd, where they handled distribution of financial products and managed portfolios of high-net-worth clients. Paras then joined Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund as an Assistant Manager and Branch Head in Chandigarh, where they played a key role in increasing market share and assets under management. After that, they worked at TATA Asset Management Ltd as an Area Manager, focusing on expanding the brand's reach in Punjab, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh. Paras joined Edelweiss Asset Management Limited as the Zonal Head for Retail Sales in North India, where they successfully set up the business and achieved significant growth. Paras further held positions as the Zonal Head for North & East and Rest of North & Central, and as the Head of Business Development & Retail Strategy, successfully expanding the company's network and driving sales. Currently, Paras serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Key Alliances & Business Development at Edelweiss Asset Management Limited.

Paras Sharma pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Himachal Pradesh University. This educational journey took place from 1999 to 2001.
