Paul Cole

Paul Cole has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Paul most recently served as the Head of Subsurface Engineering at EDEN since September 2022. Before that, they pursued an MBA as a MIT Sloan Fellow at the MIT Sloan School of Management from June 2021 to May 2022. Prior to their MBA, Paul held various roles at Schlumberger, including OneStim Sales Manager in Midland, where they led the reorganization of the sales team and was responsible for sales in Midland, TX. Paul also served as the PPS Sales Team Lead in the North East Basin, where they built and led an 11-person team supporting operations in the Marcellus and Utica Shales. Paul has also worked in technical and operational roles, including as a DESC Engineer, Stimulation Field Service Manager, District Technical Engineer, Well Services Engineer In Charge, Stimulation Cell Leader, Stimulation Field Engineer, and Cementing Field Engineer, where they gained experience in hydraulic fracturing, cementing, and well services.

Paul Cole has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, which they obtained from the University of Oklahoma between 2001 and 2005. Paul furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in MIT Sloan Fellows MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management. This degree was attained in the years 2021 and 2022.
