Cecile Abramowicz

Cecile Abramowicz is the General Counsel at Eden Health. Cecile has extensive experience in corporate law, having worked as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, a Deputy General Counsel at Via - On-Demand Transit, and a General Counsel at Revel. Cecile has also taught Torts and Contracts Law as a Teaching Assistant at Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Ms. Abramowicz has a strong background in negotiation and contract drafting, and has led the legal aspects of fundraising, investor relations, and corporate governance at their previous companies. Cecile is responsible for all legal matters, including employment, litigation, contracts, regulatory compliance, privacy, and intellectual property. Cecile has also overseen the development of policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Cecile Abramowicz received their LL.M. from Harvard Law School and their Master from Université libre de Bruxelles. Cecile also did an Erasmus at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.

They work with Jonathan Stevens - SVP, Growth, Eric Ng - SVP, Marketing, and Sarah Moonen - Chief of Staff. Cecile Abramowicz reports to Matt McCambridge, Co-Founder & CEO.
