Louis Liss

Louis Liss is a seasoned professional in real estate development and urban planning, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Development at Eden Housing, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Louis worked as the Base Reuse Manager for the City of Alameda and held the position of Senior Project Developer at Eden Housing, Inc. from July 2018 to August 2021. Louis also has experience as the Livable Streets Project Liaison at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency and as a Senior Project Manager at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Louis began the professional journey as a Metropolitan Policy Program Intern at The Brookings Institution. Educational qualifications include a Master in City Planning and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
