Jody Knight

Jody Knight has extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Human Rights & Diversity Council Commissioner for the City of Eden Prairie since March 2022, providing advisory support on issues related to diversity, civil and human rights, and ADA compliance. Additionally, Jody has been the Office Manager and Sales Representative at McHugh Insurance Agency Inc. since September 1989, focusing on identifying risks for individuals and families and offering quality insurance products. Jody's career also includes a significant tenure in the US Air Force Reserve from July 1987 to April 2022, where services were rendered as a Functional Manager to the Wing Commander. Jody holds a Bachelor's degree in Corrections from Mankato State University and graduated from Edina High School.
