Nina Wurster

Nina Wurster serves as the Head of Human Resources at Edenbridge Health since 2019, concurrently working as an Independent Consultant & Advisor at HR & Operations Consulting. With extensive experience at The Advisory Board Company from 1999 to 2018, Wurster held various leadership roles including Managing Director of HR for the Higher Education & Healthcare Divisions and Senior Director of HR. Earlier experience includes a position as a Patient Education Writer at the National Cancer Institute from 1997 to 1999. Wurster holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BA in Biology & English Literature from Miami University.
