Marc Divay has a diverse range of work experience. Marc started their career in 2005 with an apprenticeship program at ENGIE. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Project Manager and Strategy Consultant at Roland Berger, where they handled various projects related to sales and marketing, strategy, operational efficiency, purchasing, and organization. In 2012, Marc joined Edenred as the General Secretary for the Executive Committee, where they were responsible for group strategy and ad-hoc projects. Marc then moved to a role as the Group Strategy Director, exploring and implementing new business opportunities. In 2014, Marc became a Non-Executive Director and Board Member at PrePay Solutions, a leading prepaid program provider. Marc'smost recent role, starting in 2019, is as the CEO/General Manager at Edenred Pay USA, where they led the rebranding efforts and oversees the company's operations.

Marc Divay began their education in 1999 at EFREI - Grande école du numérique, where they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Telecom. Marc completed this program in 2004. In 2003, as part of an exchange program, they studied at King's College London, specializing in Personal & Mobile Telecommunications, and earned their MSc degree the following year. In 2004, they enrolled at ESSEC Business School and completed an MBA degree in 2006. At ESSEC, they also participated in the Service & Innovation Chair at the Institute for Strategic Innovation & Services during the academic year 2005-2006. Additionally, in 2000-2001, they took part in an exchange program at Birkbeck, University of London, focusing on an International Business Communication Course.
