Ana Busuioc

Ana Busuioc has a diverse work experience in legal and corporate affairs. Ana began their career as a Legal Advisor at Edenred Romania in 2006, where they worked until 2008. Ana then joined Enescu, Panait, Pop & Partners SCA as a Senior Associate from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, Ana became a Partner at Voinescu & Asociatii SCA, a role they held until 2014. Ana then moved on to Societatea de Administrare a Participatiilor in Energie SA as their Legal & Human Resources Director from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Ana is the Legal & Corporate Affairs Director at Edenred Romania, a position they have held since January 2021.

Ana Busuioc has a diverse education history. In 2002, they attended Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanta, where they studied Law and obtained a degree in the same field. Later, from 2007 to 2008, Ana pursued a Master's degree in Business Law at the University of Bucharest. Following that, in 2010, they enrolled at the National Institute for Professional Training of Lawyers. It is unclear whether they earned a degree during this period. In 2012, Ana attended the British Council and obtained the International Legal English Certificate (ILEC). Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, they completed a Certification in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Exec-Edu.
