Rachel Michelson

Rachel Michelson is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in managing client accounts and enhancing customer satisfaction across various sectors. Currently engaged at Edenred since October 2022, Rachel previously held a similar role at Appspace, successfully overseeing over 68 accounts with an ARR exceeding $1.3M. Training as a Customer Success Fellow at SV Academy honed skills in customer engagement and data tools, while earlier positions as a Freelance Virtual Assistant and in the restaurant industry developed strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a minor in Chemistry.
