Smita Tiwari

Smita Tiwari currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at edept, a startup in higher education established by INSEAD and IIM alumni, focused on enhancing employability outcomes for graduates through industry-led programs. Prior to this role, Smita held the position of Director of Human Resources Administration at Ufinity Ventures from July 2020 to March 2024, and worked as a Recruitment Specialist at URVA Consulting from January 2016 to June 2020. Smita began professional career as an Assistant Manager at Smartalk Pvt Ltd between April 2000 and December 2004. Smita holds an MBA in Marketing and Personnel Management from Shivaji University, a Diploma in Computer Science from IBMR Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Botany from Fergusson College.
