Claire Chilton

Claire Chilton is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR at EDF (UK) since April 2016, Claire has progressed through various HR positions within the organization, including HR Manager for the Technical Client Organisation and HR Business Partner Manager for Engineering Functions on the HPC Project. Prior experience includes HR Leader at GE Aviation, ER Leader at GE Healthcare, and HR Manager and ER Manager at HEINEKEN. Claire also held the position of HR Controller at Safeway and spent two decades at Royal Mail, concluding as HR Manager while also engaging in customer services.
