Robbie Giles

Robbie Giles is an experienced environmental professional specializing in compliance and engineering, currently serving as an Environmental Compliance Coordinator on secondment with EDF (UK) since February 2019. Previous roles include positions as a Radioactive & Conventional Environmental Engineer and a Site Operations Environmental Engineer, as well as a Postgraduate Researcher at The University of Manchester. With a strong academic background that includes a Master of Science from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours from Lancaster University, Robbie has also gained practical experience in sustainability, environmental engineering, and photography through various roles, including a self-employed photographer/videographer and a sustainability architect. Early career experiences include time served as an Officer Cadet with the British Army and a Catering Assistant with Sodexo.
