Ellen Pruiksma

Ellen Pruiksma is an experienced quality engineer with a strong focus on the food industry. Currently serving as European Quality Engineer at ED&F Man Liquid Products since January 2009, responsibilities include monitoring corrective and preventive actions as well as managing product analysis plans. Prior to this role, Ellen held positions at Unilever as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, ensuring compliance and quality controls at the Pot Noodle Plant, and at General Mills as a New Product Development Engineer and Quality Assurance Engineer, managing product specifications and consumer complaint analysis. Ellen's educational background includes studies in Sinology at Leiden University and a degree in Food Technology from Het Van Hall Instituut.
