Cynthia Bienvenu

Cynthia Bienvenu is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at EDF Renewables North America since May 2023. In this role, Cynthia provides strategic coaching to leadership, manages employee relations in Canada, and contributes to HR projects focused on continuous improvement. Previous positions include Senior Talent Partner at Le Groupe Cirque du Soleil, where Cynthia implemented talent programs for the Touring Shows division, and Human Resources Business Partner at Pratt & Whitney Canada, overseeing performance management and employee engagement.
