Max Hardage

Max Hardage is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Chief of Staff at EDF Renewables North America since May 2023, focusing on strategy, operations, and communications. Prior to this role, Hardage held various positions at Walmart, including Director of Energy Transformation, where responsibilities included the nationwide EV fast charging program and renewable energy analytics. Hardage's tenure at EDF Renewables North America from 2017 to 2022 included directorial roles in strategic initiatives and product management, overseeing significant business development and product strategies, including a successful bid for the 2022 NY Bight Offshore Wind Auction. Earlier experience includes sourcing parts at Tesla and engineering roles at BP, where Hardage contributed to major offshore production and project management initiatives.
