Mahmoud AL-Qebali

Mahmoud AL-Qebali is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at EdfaPay. Prior to this, they were Chief Business Officer at Nearpay from 2021. From 2016 to 2021, they held various roles at Alhamrani Universal, including Sales Account Manager, Sales Operations Executive, Point Of Sale Customer Support Coordinator (POS Coordinator), Team Leader (Operations Team Leader) and Point of Sale Developer. As Sales Account Manager, they offered a background that demonstrated progressive leadership, problem-solving, building strong pipeline, developing strong business network, and managing vendors/partners relations in various market segments. As Sales Operations Executive, they built relationships with customers to increase business, managed business lines and evaluated, presented and negotiated sales contracts and packages with clients. As Point Of Sale Customer Support Coordinator (POS Coordinator), they provided assistance to the POS Lead Engineers and Supervisors and solved problems autonomously. As Team Leader (Operations Team Leader), they trained Field Engineers to enhance capabilities operational tasks, delegated daily tasks and supervised engineers to submit Completed Service Reports within 24 hours. As Point of Sale Developer, they built, tested and deployed scalable, highly available and modular POS software products.

Mahmoud AL-Qebali received a Graduate degree in Computer Networks from Petra University between 2010 and 2015.
