Lionel Dieu

Lionel Dieu is an experienced fund manager and investment professional with a focus on impact investing in the agriculture and energy sectors. Currently serving as Fund Manager at EDFI Management Company since September 2019, Lionel oversees the EDFI AgriFI initiative, which provides financing to agri-food value chain enterprises. Previous roles include Senior Investment Officer for EDFI ElectriFI, Non-Executive Director at Solar Panda, and membership in various investment committees, including Schneider Electric Energy Access Asia. With prior experience at Incofin Investment Management and Triodos Bank, Lionel has developed a deep understanding of investment opportunities in emerging markets, particularly regarding debt transactions and social performance assessments. Lionel holds multiple master's degrees in finance, microfinance, and translation from reputable institutions.
