Dorothée Steenackers

Dorothée Steenackers has worked in various human resources roles since 2000. Dorothée began their career as a Human Resources Recruitment Consultant for HR/Recruitment agencies in 2000. In 2003, they moved to DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary as an HR Officer. Dorothée then worked as an HR Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2005 to 2009, followed by a role as HR Manager at Beiersdorf from 2009 to 2013. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Bain & Company as VP HR & Talent and Human Resources Director. Dorothée is currently the Head of People and Culture at Edgard & Cooper.

Dorothée Steenackers obtained their Licence/Masters degree from the Institut Supérieur des Traducteurs et Interprètes between 1994 and 2000. Dorothée also holds certifications in People Analytics from LinkedIn, obtained in May 2022, and MBTI.
