Josh Hickman

Josh Hickman is an experienced sports coach and entrepreneur with a diverse background in cricket and rugby. Currently, Josh serves as the owner of JH Coaching Co since May 2020 and has been a pathway coach, scout, and women’s/U18 girls coach at Warwickshire County Cricket Club since August 2018. Josh previously held the position of Head of Cricket at Stratford Sports Club Ltd from November 2020 to September 2023 and played as a semi-professional rugby player for Broadstreet Rugby Club from April 2018 to April 2023. Other notable roles include community cricket coach for Warwickshire Cricket Board Ltd and lead coach for Rugbytots Ltd, in addition to consulting as a cricket coach with Complete Cricket International. Josh also has experience in sports analysis and education, having worked as a teaching assistant and sports coach at Warwick School during a gap year. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in War Studies from the University of Birmingham.
