Nikki Paffenroth, CPC, is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the dental industry and human resources. As the Director of Recruiting at Edge Advisors since June 2019, Nikki specializes in placing dental specialists and general dentists, focusing on aligning practice philosophies and goals.
