Piotr Gumkowski

Piotr Gumkowski has extensive work experience in various roles. Piotr started their career as an Internship Manager Assistant at Pol-Inowex S.A. in 2013, where they supported the Project Manager in monitoring project implementation and provided assistance to employees. In the same year, they also worked as a Java Developer at EMBIQ. In 2014, they completed internships at ACCREA Engineering and PERCRO Laboratory in Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna.

From 2016 to 2017, Piotr worked as a Report and Quality Control Manager at Nplay Sp. z o.o., where they were responsible for managing reports and ensuring quality control. In 2018, they joined Edge One Solutions as an IT Project Manager, overseeing various projects.

In 2021, Piotr started working as a Scrum Master at both Sabre Corporation and Infogain Poland. As a Scrum Master, they apply Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project management and delivery.

Piotr Gumkowski's education history includes a Master's degree in Embedded Computing Systems and Computer Engineering from Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they earned another Master's degree in Mechastronics from Politechnika Lubelska in 2014-2015. Piotr also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from Politechnika Lubelska, which they completed in the period of 2010-2014.

In addition to their formal education, Piotr has obtained several certifications. These include the Professional Agile Leadership™ - Evidence-Based Management™ (PAL-EBM) from Scrum.org in February 2023, DevOps Fundamentals from PeopleCert in September 2022, Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I) from Scrum.org in January 2022, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2021, Certified SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021, Professional Scrum Master II from Scrum.org in March 2021, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in December 2020, PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2019, MSP® Foundation Certificate in Programme Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2019, P3O® Foundation Certificate in Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2019, AgilePM® Foundation from APMG International in May 2019, Lean IT Foundation from APMG International in June 2018, and MoR® Foundation Certificate in Risk Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2018. Piotr is also planning to obtain the AgilePM® Practitioner certification from APMG International in November 2022.
