Kevin Imboden

Kevin Imboden has a diverse work experience in the fields of market research, data consulting, and real estate analytics. Starting in 2007, they worked at Real Capital Analytics as an Analyst/Senior Analyst, where they played a key role in creating an international commercial real estate sales data platform. Kevin also developed and maintained the ICSC Shopping Center Directory. In 2014, they became the Director of Research at Real Capital Analytics, leading and managing a team of researchers and providing client support. During this time, they also represented RCA at trade shows and conferences and traveled to meet clients and mentor teams. In 2016, Kevin worked as a Data Consultant at Beitz and Daigh Geographics, Inc., where they designed and structured core product data sets for retail grocery store locations. Kevin discovered and organized missing data, significantly increasing the site's content. In 2017, they joined Cushman & Wakefield as the Director of the Data Center Advisory Group. Finally, in 2022, Kevin Imboden became the Global Director of Market Research & Competitive Intelligence at EdgeConneX, where they created market intelligence information for global cities, designed investment strategies, and produced market newsletters and analysis for internal and external use.

Kevin Imboden attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Economics.
