Alistair Stocks

Alistair Stocks has extensive experience in business systems and integrations. Alistair worked as the Director of Global Business Systems at Edgen Murray, where they successfully converted the company ERP system in multiple locations and implemented a web purchasing application. Alistair also continually enhanced ERP systems and IT applications to improve productivity and revenue. Prior to that, Alistair worked as the Manager of Integrations and Product Development at Edgen Murray, where they focused on integrating acquired companies into the ERP system and optimizing the system for productivity increases. Before joining Edgen Murray, Alistair worked at the Scottish Legal Aid Board as an IT Project Manager, where they implemented various web applications and the Oracle EBS system to streamline processes and reduce costs. Overall, Alistair has a strong background in implementing and optimizing systems to drive business value.

Alistair Stocks earned a BSC Hons degree in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews, graduating in 1990. Alistair later pursued a PGD in the Management of E-Business from the University of the West of Scotland, completing it in 2003. Additionally, in 2001, Alistair participated in the SPOCE project management program, obtaining the Prince 2 Practitioner qualification. Prior to their university education, Alistair attended Kirkcaldy High School from 1980 to 1986.
