Amy Knight

As Vice President of Global Sustainability, Amy is responsible for leading and developing Edgewell’s Sustainable Care 2030 strategy and ESG reporting, including performance management and stakeholder engagement associated with the company’s sustainability and corporate responsibility efforts. In addition, she works across all business units, functions, and geographies to advance Edgewell’s social and environmental efforts across our Brands, product and packaging innovation, global operations, and supply chain.

Amy brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership driving corporate responsibility, sustainability and ESG strategies, corporate brand reputation management and global program development, including award-winning corporate reputation and ESG reporting programs. She also has a proven track record of achieving successful business results for large multinational corporations, across numerous corporate responsibility disciplines, including climate change, environmental sustainability, human rights, responsible sourcing, ethics and compliance, diversity and inclusion, and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining Edgewell, she was the Senior Director, Corporate Social Responsibility at Hasbro, Inc. where she was responsible for developing and leading Hasbro’s global CSR practice. Prior to that, she worked at Hewlett-Packard as Global Program Director, Global Citizenship where she was responsible for defining a global CSR strategic framework, governance, and operating model, as well as driving companywide alignment and CSR branding and communications.

Amy has been recognized as an Exemplary Leader in Corporate Responsibility by CR magazine and honored as the 2019 Social Responsibility award recipient by Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from San Diego State University.
