Colin Emery has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global Director of HR Systems at Edgewell Personal Care since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing HR Systems strategy with a focus on automation and simplification. Prior roles at Edgewell include Global Senior Manager of HR Systems and Processes and a Global Talent Acquisition process improvement role, where significant projects included ATS implementation and delivery of a global competency framework. Previously, Colin transformed the resourcing function at Volkswagen Financial Services (UK), achieving notable improvements in direct hiring rates and time-to-hire metrics.
