Felix Banciu is an experienced marketing and business development professional with a robust background in the FMCG sector. Currently serving as the Regional Customer Marketing Manager for Edgewell Personal Care, Felix oversees marketing strategies across the Balkans and has also held the position of Business Development Manager for various trade channels in Romania and Moldova. With previous roles at notable companies such as Mars, Beiersdorf, and Colgate-Palmolive, Felix has developed expertise in key account management, trade strategy implementation, and promotional activity optimization. Additionally, Felix founded Creative Brands Consulting, further showcasing a commitment to driving business growth and market insights. Felix holds a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Lucian Blaga University Sibiu.
