Flavia Galvao

Flavia Galvao is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in general management and marketing across various sectors, including personal care, food, and consumer goods. Currently serving as General Manager/SVP at Edgewell Personal Care since November 2023, Flavia previously undertook a sabbatical before leading NotCo's US operations as General Manager with full P&L accountability from June 2022 to January 2023. Flavia also spent four years at The Hain Celestial Group as General Manager for the Food Division, overseeing a diverse portfolio with significant retail sales. Flavia's earlier career includes notable marketing leadership roles at Danone and Natura, where strategic initiatives propelled brand growth and market leadership. Flavia holds a BA in Business/Marketing from Ibmec and an MBA from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
