Jose Montes

Jose Montes is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of HR Global Supply Chain, International and Corporate at Edgewell Personal Care since July 2015. In this role, Jose leads HR Business Partners across various sectors, focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, talent acquisition, total rewards, and people analytics. Prior to their tenure at Edgewell, Jose held several significant positions at Energizer from March 2010 to July 2015, including VP of Global Supply Chain & International Commercial and Senior Director of Human Resources, where Jose played a key role in workforce integration during the acquisition of American Safety Razor. Jose's career began at Gillette in 1999, advancing through various roles to refine HR strategies and operations across Latin America. Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Economics from Universidad Anáhuac and completed executive education at Harvard University, further enhancing strategic HR expertise.
