Mischelle Romesberg

Mischelle Romesberg currently serves as a Senior Global Program Manager and Operations Technology Leader for Liquid Products at Edgewell Personal Care since March 2009. Previously, Mischelle held the position of Chairman of the Board at VMA from December 2016 to December 2020, focusing on manufacturing needs and organizational growth through education and relevance. Mischelle's earlier experience includes roles as Production Manager at Givaudan Flavors and Quest International, overseeing all manufacturing and compliance issues. Additionally, Mischelle served as Production Manager at Mead Johnson Nutritionals, managing a significant packaging facility start-up, and as Operations Facilitator at Johnson & Johnson. Mischelle holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a summa cum laude Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University.
