Paola Becvar serves as the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs for Edgewell Personal Care, specializing in sun care, skin care, and fem care since November 2016. With a robust career at Edgewell that began in 2011, Paola has held various roles including Global Manager and Senior Manager in Regulatory Affairs, focusing on antibacterial products. Prior experience includes managing international regulatory affairs for The Mentholatum Company across the Latin American region, projects in export management through the World Trade Center Buffalo Niagara, and bilingual job development for the Hispanic community in Buffalo. Paola's legal expertise was honed as an Associate/Principal Attorney in Peru, where a significant portfolio expansion was achieved. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s in Law and Political Sciences from Universidad de Lima and a specialization in Strategic Management of Human Resources from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
