Alicia Morgan has a significant amount of experience in the property management industry, starting with their role as Regional Manager at The Habitat Company from 1999 to 2005. Alicia then went on to work at Lankford Interest Properties as Vice President, where they successfully completed the lease-up of new LIHTC sites and established marketing programs. Alicia later joined McKinley Properties as a Regional Manager in 2009, before transitioning to Regency Apartments as a Regional Property Manager. In this role, they focused on stabilizing assets and managing renovation projects while also serving on the board of Gilda's House to raise funds for cancer. Alicia then worked at A&R Companies as a Regional Operations Manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio and standardizing operations. Before joining Roizman Companies as a Senior Regional Operations Manager, they briefly served as a Regional Manager at McKinley Properties again. At their current role at Edgewood Management as Vice President, Alicia utilizes their problem-solving skills and project management expertise to turn around and stabilize distressed assets, in addition to handling new business, acquisitions, dispositions, and project management. Their primary focus is on reducing delinquency and increasing occupancy, while also training managers on critical thinking, proactive planning, and budget management. Overall, Alicia Morgan has a well-rounded and extensive work experience in the property management industry.
Alicia Morgan's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Alicia attended Eastern Michigan University from 1983 to 1988 to complete their undergraduate education. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in TCS, ARM, HCCP, and COS from NCHM and Quadel in May 1991.
