Michael Leithead

Michael Leithead has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate and housing industry. Michael started their career as the Chief Operating Officer & Deputy Executive Director at the Philadelphia Housing Authority, where they served for 20 years until 2008. After that, they joined Dale Corp. as the Managing Director of Real Estate Development & Investment, a role they held for six years. In 2014, they founded MJLC Enterprises, LLC, a real estate development and property management consulting company, where they served as President until 2016. Currently, they are working at Edgewood Management, starting as the Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer and later becoming the President in December 2021.

Michael Leithead earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Le Moyne College. Michael then pursued further education at Villanova University, where they obtained their M.B.A. with a specialization in Finance from 1992 to 1995.
