Daniel Marder

Daniel Marder has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Daniel is currently employed at Edgify as the VP Presale & Customer Success, a position they began in January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Presale & Customer Success at Edgify from March 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Edgify, Daniel worked at Logz.io as a Senior Customer Success Engineer. During their time there, they played a crucial role in onboarding customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Daniel also developed success metrics, conducted progress reviews, and identified and implemented recovery plans for at-risk customers. Daniel was with Logz.io from July 2019 to March 2021.

From 2015 to 2019, Daniel was employed at CTERA Networks. Daniel initially joined as a Technical Account Manager in September 2015 and later transitioned to the position of Senior Solutions Architect in November 2016. In their role as a Senior Solutions Architect, they managed presales in the region and collaborated with Fortune 500 companies to design and implement cloud storage solutions. Daniel provided technical support throughout the sales cycle, including qualifying opportunities, writing POCs, and supporting complex implementations.

Daniel's earliest work experience can be traced back to Comverse Technology, Inc. where they held multiple roles from 2012 to 2015. Daniel started as a Front End Support Engineer in May 2012, acquiring expertise in the ordering and billing domains. Daniel then became the PCAT Team Lead in May 2012, managing the billing system on various domains and supporting and training local staff. In October 2012, they took on the role of Rating and Product Catalog Team Lead, overseeing the rating process and reporting to customers. Overall, their time at Comverse Technology involved both technical and leadership responsibilities.

Daniel Marder received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, majoring in Information Technology, from The College of Management Academic Studies. Daniel graduated with honors in 2012 after completing their studies from 2009 to 2012.
