Gaurav Dhiman

Gaurav Dhiman has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Gaurav started their career in 2005 as a WFM Executive at SerWizSol India Pvt Ltd. In 2006, they joined Flextronics as a Software Developer and worked there until 2011. Gaurav then moved to Hewlett-Packard India Software Operation Pvt. Ltd. as a Technology Consultant from 2011 to 2012. Since 2012, Gaurav has been associated with Edifecs. Gaurav has held various roles at Edifecs, including Sr. Product Support Specialist, Product Support Specialist, Product Support Specialist - Lead, Product Operations Manager, and currently, they are serving as the Associate Director of Product and Engineering Support.

Gaurav Dhiman holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, completed between 2007 and 2009. Additionally, Gaurav has obtained various certifications related to project management and cloud computing from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification being in 2023.
