Sabrina Mercedes

Sabrina Mercedes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sabrina began their career as a Marketing Specialist at Progeny Marketing Innovations, where they managed communication between clients and external vendors, implemented direct marketing insurance mailings, and developed data models to automate processes. Sabrina then worked as a Marketing Assistant at the College of Business, University of Georgia before becoming an Assistant Marketing Manager at BRIGHTREE LLC.

In 2009, Sabrina joined Change Healthcare as a Quality Assurance & Training Manager, where they created and implemented quality assurance programs and conducted training for call center employees. Sabrina later transitioned to the role of Account Manager, successfully managing multi-million dollar contracts and ensuring client service level agreements were met.

Sabrina then moved on to Bright Health, where they held various product management positions. Sabrina started as a Lead Product Manager before becoming a Director of Product Management and ultimately a Senior Director of Product Management.

Most recently, it is noted that Sabrina Mercedes will be joining Edifecs as the Director of Product Management in 2023.

Sabrina Mercedes obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business from Eckerd College between 1999 and 2003. Sabrina further pursued higher education at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2006 to 2007, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing. In addition to their academic achievements, Sabrina has obtained certifications in Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap from LinkedIn in 2020 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Change Healthcare in 2019.
