Rajarshi Motilal currently holds the position of Senior Project Delivery Manager at Edifixio, where Rajarshi oversees service management for a business-critical application across multiple countries. With a background in customer relations and project management, Rajarshi's responsibilities include leading the overall management of applications, handling customer queries, and managing global service desk operations. Prior to their current role, Rajarshi served as a Management Trainee at HSBC and holds an MBA in Marketing/Retail from EIILM University. Rajarshi is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration and Management at Amity University.
