Kimberly Fields

Kimberly Fields has a diverse work experience in the field of education and instructional design. Kimberly is currently working as the Director of Edify Learning at Edify, a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to this role, they worked at NextGear Capital as an Instructional Designer II from January 2018 to July 2019. Kimberly also served as an Instructional Designer at NextGear Capital from October 2016 to December 2017. Before joining NextGear Capital, Kimberly worked as the Learning and Development Manager at the Indiana Office of Small Business and Entrepreneurship from January 2016 to October 2016. Kimberly began their career as an English Teacher and Team Leader at Brownsburg East Middle School, where they worked from July 2011 to May 2015.

Kimberly Fields completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Middle Childhood/Early Adolescence Education and English from Butler University from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Instructional System Technology from Indiana University Bloomington from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University Bloomington from 2015 to 2016.
